Naatya Kousthubh Nrithyotsav, the classical dance festival.


Naatya Kousthubh Nrithyotsav 2016, the all India classical dance festival, will be conducted on 29 & 30 April 2016 , 06.00 pm at Fine Arts Society Hall, Ernakulam, Kerala. It is the annual festival organized by Satyanjali Academy of Kuchippudi Dance, Ernakulam in association with Kerala Fine Arts Society.

Shyamala Surendran, chairperson of Dharani,Kochi and Mohiniyattam exponent Kalamandalam Kshemavathy will be the chief guests of the occasion.


The two day dance festival showcases classical dance forms – Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam & Kathak by well-known dancers from India. Flute player Murali Narayanan, a winner of Guinness Book world record, will be honored in the occasion.

Satyanjali Academy of Kuchippudi Dance, headed by Kuchipudi exponent Anupama Menon,  is an organization dedicated to the authentic style of Kuchipuidi dance. It has branched in different areas of Kerala.
