Mohiniyattam recital by Lakshmi Sarojam will be held on 01 April 2016, 06.30 pm, at Changampuzha Samskarika Kendram, Changampuzha Park, Edapally, Kochi.
The music is by Arun Palluruthy (Vocal), Shyam K Menon (Mridangam), Vivek Shenoy (Flute), Sundarrajan (Veena), Trippunithura Hari (Edakka) & Sandhya Rajan (Nattvangam).

Lakshmi Sarojam, trained in Bharatanatyam, learned Mohiniyattam from Nrithyakshetra (Temple of Dance). She has done several performances in India.
Nrithyakshetra (Temple of Dance), a centre for traditional art and dance forms is run by Sandhya Rajan (Granddaughter of the maestros Kalamandalam Krishnan Nair & Kalamandalam Kalyanikutty Amma) with the support of her mother Sreedevi Rajan (Daughter of Guru Kalamandalam Kalyanikutty Amma (Mohiniyattam) & Kalamandalam Krishnan Nair (Kathakali)) and sister Smitha Rajan.
